Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events. Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes when required.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws. Handle tax-related queries and liaise with external tax advisors when necessary.
Generate financial reports and statements on a regular basis, providing insights into the company\'s financial health and performance.Requirements :-Proven experience in both accounting and administrative roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook Miracle).
