: We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices and a keen eye for detail. This role involves managing financial records, overseeing budgeting and auditing, and preparing financial reports. The accountant will ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions and ensure timely entries in the general ledger.
- Prepare budget forecasts and monitor financial performance against budget.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Ensure timely bank payments and manage payroll processing for staff.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations, including GST filings and other tax obligations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Audit financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in financial audits and implement audit findings to improve financial processes.
- Manage financial documentation and records, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure proper management of all accounts.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience as an accountant.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
