Position: Account ExecutiveWe are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TDS returns, payroll processing, and general accounting. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing support to the finance and accounting department.Job Role/Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file TDS returns accurately and within the specified deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest TDS rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Oversee the payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and bonuses.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursements to employees.
• Handle payroll taxes and deductions, and provide necessary documentation to employees.
• Maintain and reconcile financial records, including ledgers and accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify variances and trends.
• Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Assist in tax preparation and coordinate with external tax consultants, if necessary.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Handle tax audits and inquiries, if required.
• Generate financial reports for management and other stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in TDS return preparation and filing.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
