we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with specific knowledge of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) within the architecture and interior design industry. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable processes Prepare and maintain accurate financial records Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain BOQ documents Assist with budgeting and forecasting Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards Support senior management with ad-hoc financial tasks as required Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably within the architecture or interior design industry Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite Strong understanding of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation processes Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
