Job Description

As a Account Planning Executive at Whitedot, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will work closely with the Account Planners to understand client needs, develop advertising strategies, and ensure the flawless execution of campaigns. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by regularly communicating, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing any concerns or issues.
• Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, production) to develop and execute advertising campaigns according to client briefs and deadlines.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, updates, and reports on campaign performance.
• Creative Briefs: Assist in creating and refining creative briefs to ensure they align with client objectives and agency capabilities.
• Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets, track expenses, and provide financial updates to clients as needed.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate campaign reports and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide valuable recommendations to clients.
• Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing campaign results, recommendations, and future strategies.
• Problem Solving: Act quickly to address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during campaign execution, keeping the client informed and satisfied.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in client service or account management within an advertising agency is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Creative and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of advertising and marketing principles.
• Client-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
