Hi Team,

Request your help with TRF 1828. The mandate pointers to keep in mind while sourcing and screening are as below.

• COMMON MANDATE POINERS -
• Candidate should be ready to work in US shift hours
• Mode of Work: WFH and will have to come to office on need basis
• Excellent English communication
• Should be able to articulate his/ her responsibilities in detail
• 3 - 6 Experience
•
• Key Result Areas (Principal Accountabilities)
• Deliver processes as per client SLA's and achieve the targets set for the same.
• Preparation of various reports for Team Performance and Analysis
• Should be able to communicate with US team.
• Working on different projects as and when required
• Requirements
• Knowledge & Skills
• Required:
• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting (B.Com/M.Com).
• 3+ years of P2P experience.
• Accounting background, good at working in a team or independently, strong communication skills and basic computer skills.
• Supervisory responsibilities:
• Error calibration and root cause analysis
• Teamwork allocation and delivery management
• Third Party management
• Monthly MIS.
• Educational Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com
• Work Experience: 4-5 years
• Other Prerequisite:
• Required to work in shifts. Based on business/project requirement will work in US hours.
• Prior work experience in MNC & matrix organization.

• Working Hours - 9 hours (US work Shift Pattern), mix of WFO and WFH.
