Job Description
Blue Jet Healthcare is a pharmaceutical and healthcare ingredient & intermediate company and the first manufacturer of saccharin and its salts (artificial sweeteners) in IndiaThe RoleYou will be responsible for : * Accounting , posting of entries in Tally
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures for all Units
- verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data, MSME , Advance payment, etc. and submitting the same tom management every week
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger. Vendor accounts and vendor statements/ Confirmation
- Review compliance of TDS/ GST WCT etc. before processing payment
- Executing Banking transaction , knowledge of CMS & BRS
- Preparation of MIS for Account payable / Review of old vendor outstanding , Ageing analysis , Correct Referencing with invoices in Tally
- You have at least 4 years experience as Account Executive role, ideally within the Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals / Biotechnology industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of Account Executive, Tally and ERP
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
