Kindly go through the details and confirm your availability.Job OverviewThe Account Officer at BioMatrix Healthcare will be based in Ahmedabad, working as a Junior position in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience. This role demands expertise in financial analysis, taxation, and proficiency with Pharma cloud, essential for monitoring and managing the companys financial transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance.Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in financial analysis, taxation, and Pharma cloud (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid understanding and experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial data processing.
  • Strong knowledge of GST regulations and the ability to prepare and submit reports in compliance with governmental mandates.
  • Adept in TDS processes, ensuring accurate deduction and deposit of tax as per the rules and timelines.

  • MIS preparation and data preparation and presentation for the management
  • Statutory Audit, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other statutory compliances
  • Insurance related portfolio
  • Accounts Payable activity
  • Resolving different types of deductions like Freight damage, Inventory price adjustment
  • Required experience in accounting entries i.e. sales/purchase/cash/bank/JV. Experience in ERP, SAP added advantage
  • Required experience in GST return preparation & filing, Income Tax, TDS payment and return filling, ROC and other related compliances
  • Required experience in preparation of e-invoice and E-way bill
  • Required experience in invoice checking and recording
  • Required experience to complete day to day accounting activities on time
