Profile - Account Manager

Qualification - B.Com / M.Com

Experience - Min. 3+ yrs in real estate (must knowledge of GST , TDS , TALLEY , ERP AND SAP)

Salary - Upto 4.8 lac

Location - Jodhpur (Rajasthan)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Client Onboarding: Welcoming new clients and understanding their needs and preferences.

Client Retention: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.

Customer Support: Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Property Promotion: Marketing properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses.

Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and potential clients.

Contract Management: Preparing and reviewing sales contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.

Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions of sales or lease agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.

Closing Process: Coordinating the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and financial transactions are completed accurately and on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?480,000.00 per year

Experience:

• real estate : 3 years (Preferred)
• Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• must knowledge of GST , TDS , TALLEY , ERP AND SAP: 3 years (Preferred)
