• 7-10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or related roles.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, ensuring satisfaction, and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Account Strategy Development : Develop and implement account strategies tailored to client goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing revenue potential.
• Business Development : Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, working to exceed revenue targets and support company growth.
• Project Oversight : Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer support) to ensure timely delivery and quality of services, meeting client expectations and resolving any issues.
• Reporting and Analysis : Regularly analyze account performance metrics and deliver reports to clients, providing insights into ROI, usage trends, and campaign effectiveness.
• Negotiation and Contract Renewal : Lead contract negotiations and renewals, balancing client needs with company objectives to ensure favorable terms for both parties.
