Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC compliance, bank reconciliations, and overseeing cash flow management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of financial regulations and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns and manage GST compliance issues
• Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure compliance with TDS regulations
• Handle EPF and ESIC related activities, including calculations, filings, and compliance
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage cash inflow and outflow effectively
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and projections as needed
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
• Support audits by providing necessary information and reconciliations
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Familiarity with financial regulations, including GST, TDS, EPF, and ESIC
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per year
