The Client Services Planner will be responsible for managing, executing all the orders in broadcasting platforms and transmitting to stations. This role requires a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, Linear TV, Broadcasting side, Streaming platforms, OTTs, CTV and data management platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.:Key Responsibilities:Client Service Planning:The Client Sales Planner (CSP) is responsible for assisting the sellers (CSMs/CSEs) in their sales efforts, by processing and maintaining the television commercial airtime schedulesThe Client Sales Planner assists with a wide range of sales-related functions including direct contact with client stations and media buyers and/or media buyers at the advertising agenciesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Accurately input and transmit sales orders to client television stationsProcess and maintain revisions to sales ordersInform agency media buyers of program changes and outstanding pre-emptsEnsure all orders are confirmed in a timely manner and Darwin (Broadcast Booking System) accurately reflects order statusProcess weekly Pre-Log/Post-Log requests from agenciesApprove Agency Accepted manual Makegoods and transmit to the stationTransmit Rep Pending Makegoods to AgencyPull posts and negotiate Under-Delivery (UD) weightCollaborate with stations to build and negotiate Makegoods offersMoney tracking for Cash in Advance ordersAnalyze TV ratings data (Nielsen and comScore)Update Darwin to ensure programs are accurateRequirements:4 years + experience in a TV Linear/BroadcastingProficiency with major broadcasting platforms like DARWIN, MediaOcean, PrismaExperience working with budgets, understanding of pacing, and the ability to make necessary adjustments as requiredDemonstrates exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables and ensuring timely and successful completion.Capable of seamlessly transitioning between different tools and systems, ensuring efficient and effective campaign management.Maintains a proactive approach to staying on top of everything within the process to support evolving client needs.Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly, as well as good interpersonal skills, are required.Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.Additional InformationWorks as a member of the team and cross-functional teamsAbility to lead/own internal & vendor meetings and communication.Have an aptitude for basic mathematical conceptsPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet all deadlines while producing quality.Ability to aggregate and communicate data to support recommendationsAbility to follow through on assigned tasks with minimal supervisionPassion and curiosity for media, brands & digital activationFlexible to work across different time zones/shifts (including night shift)Location: ChennaiBrand: ParagonTime Type: Full timeContract Type: Permanent
