Accounts Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and MIS & CMS Cost Management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting:
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
• MIS & CMS Cost Management:
• Leverage MIS & CMS tools to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports.
• Monitor and control costs across various departments to optimize profitability.
• Implement strategies to improve financial performance and reduce costs.
• Financial Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and potential risks.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Analyze variances and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
