Role Description This is a full-time role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve day-to-day communication with clients, managing orders and shipments, resolving any issues or concerns, and providing support and guidance to clients throughout the process. This is an on-site role based in Surat. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in account management or customer service Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Knowledge of the textiles industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field
