KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Achieve the Gross Margin target set for Key Accounts - Identify new opportunities to sell services to the client to fulfil or exceed revenue objectives - Develop & maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client\'s business areas, deliverables, and needs - Implement and deliver the service and commercial strategy for each client - Act as a reference and escalation point for customers & consultants - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure compliance and expand areas of service delivery - Aim to exceed agreed individual & team targets, objectives, and Service Level Agreements - Build and foster relationships with key players and decision-makers - Provide advice on recruitment strategies, procedures, legislation, and market conditions - Constantly explore and implement sourcing methodologies as appropriate QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES- Minimum 8 years of Sales and Account Management experience- Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle- Good commercial acumen, understanding of the margin/cost involved in hiring contractors- Have demonstrated 100% target achievement in previous organizations- Ability to network within a customer organization to identify key influencers and decision makers for account expansion & revenue generation (ref:updazz.com)
