We are operating in a fast-changing technology space with new product introductions happening regularly to keep pace with changing competition landscapeJob Title: Manager \xe2\x80\x93 PPPReporting to: Head \xe2\x80\x93 PPPJob location: GurgaonJob ProfileGovt is considering and actively propagating Shop In Shop PPPs at District Hospitals, Medical Colleges & Hospitals and various other Govt Hospitals where private operator is invited for installing & operating Radiology ( CT, MRI, USGs etc.)& Cardiology ( Cath Labs) Set ups at Govt prescribed rates. In order to participate and win in this segment Philips needs professionals who would work with Govt Authorities as well as Private operators. On Govt front the person would be working with relevant authorities for advocating successful PPPs with right technical and commercial terms in the RFQs. On the other hand, the incumbent would devise complete strategy of the PPP play in the given region which would entail forging partnerships with clinical partners or Operators, Financiers and other stakeholders. The incumbent would coordinate with various functions within company to execute the deals.You will be responsible forPPP Expert will be responsible for:Putting in place all the pieces together for winning a PPP deals and attaining leadership position in this expanding space. To develop this line of business and build team of expertsHe/ She would be responsible for strategizing PPP play in the given Region for its profitability and sustainability and also finding out area of strength for Philips.He/ She would coordinate with internal stakeholders for their participation and forging various partnerships with external partners with pre-defined roles and responsibilities as per the agreed strategy.He/ She would also create right PPP ecosystem by advocating Govt decision makers at State and Center.Ensuring team development on both functional and leadership axisTeam SizeInitially he/ she would be working as an individual team member however as the business grows, there could be a possibility of adding more team members based on agreed milestonesDirect/ Indirect ecosystem:Internally work with PPP team, Sales team, all other functions for their help and roleTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceWork experience of 5+ Years in Healthcare Medical equipment sales in Govt or PPP dept.BE/B-Tech in Electrical/Electronics/ MBAHospital Management specialist/ Public Health Specialist/ Medical Equipment Sales specialistFull knowledge of Shop in Shop play in Radiology, Cardiology right from strategy, Design to operations.Preferably familiarity with MRI, CT, Cath Lab, USG Technologies and its operations.Well versed with Govt Machinery for effective advocacy on the subjectTender management: understanding of complete tender processesContract management: understanding contract components and dependencies; and managing external contracts with the help of internal Philips Legal team.Financial management: Well versed with Financing, making Business Models, forging various types of partnerships and SPVs if needed with the help of internal Philips Capital teamCommercial skills: negotiating Business Associates for selling our technologyBusiness Acumen: business awareness and ability to identify new opportunitiesWork well with diverse team across different geography and various level of the organization
