To find out more visitPurpose of the role:This role is both strategic and creative, focused on making the company's proposals stand out in the competitive interior design industry. It requires a combination of technical knowledge, design expertise, and project management skills to secure high-value contracts and drive business growth. The position involves overseeing the entire bid process, ensuring high-quality, visually compelling submissions that effectively showcase the company's expertise and design capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesBid & Proposal Management:xc2xb7 Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals.xc2xb7 Develop compelling and customized bid responses that align with client requirements and company capabilities.xc2xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, estimators, project managers, and sales teams) to gather necessary content for bids.xc2xb7 Ensure all bid documentation complies with RFP/RFQ requirements, industry standards, and company branding guidelines.xc2xb7 Maintain a bid library with pre-approved templates, case studies, and project references for quick turnaround.Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation:xc2xb7 Design visually engaging bid documents, presentations, and marketing collateral to enhance the impact of proposals.xc2xb7 Create infographics, layouts, and visual storytelling elements to improve clarity and persuasiveness of submissions.xc2xb7 Work closely with the marketing team to align proposal designs with the company's branding and visual identity.xc2xb7 Develop customized concept boards, mood boards, and 3D renders to support bid presentations when required.Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:xc2xb7 Work closely with senior management, project teams, and clients to understand project scope and tailor bid responses accordingly.xc2xb7 Communicate project timelines and proposal expectations to all relevant teams, ensuring smooth workflow.xc2xb7 Present bid strategies and concepts to internal stakeholders before submission.Market Research & Process Optimization:xc2xb7 Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and client requirements to refine bid strategies.xc2xb7 Continuously improve the bid process by implementing best practices, templates, and automation where possible.xc2xb7 Track bid performance metrics, including win/loss ratios, and recommend improvements for future opportunities.Requirements:Technical Competencies:Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Studio, InDesign, Photoshop, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva etc., Excel basic , Google docsWhat we are looking for:xc2xb7 Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.xc2xb7 Relevant experience in bid management, presentation design, or a similar role.xc2xb7 Strong project management and organizational skills.xc2xb7 Proven track record in developing and executing effective bid strategies.xc2xb7 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) with a solid understanding of typography and color theory.xc2xb7 A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, illustration, typography, and visual design.xc2xb7 Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.xc2xb7 Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or bid management software.xc2xb7 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.xc2xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.xc2xb7 Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.xc2xb7 Experience in video conceptualization and creation is an added advantage.Benefits:What Makes Working with Us Special?xc2xb7 We are recognized & certified as a Great Place to Work 6 years in a row.xc2xb7 Space Matrix won Best Interior Design Firm India at the 2023-24 Realty+ and Economic Times Real Estate Awards.
