Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accountant Manager to join our finance team in the construction and real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2. Accounting Operations: Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.

3. Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

5. Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and accounting clerks.

6. Financial Planning: Assist in the development of financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting.

7. Internal Controls: Maintain and improve internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

8. Audits: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure that all audit requirements are met.
