Key Responsibilities:Sales Management
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Account Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
• Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients to maximize account potential.
• Handle escalations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive client experience.
Collaboration and Coordination
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to align strategies and deliver solutions.
• Provide client feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and address pain points.
• Collaborate on campaigns or projects to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Reporting and Analysis
• Track sales performance and account metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
• Analyze sales trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Forecast sales and revenue growth, and provide insights for strategic planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: 3-5 years in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ?311,446.25 - ?1,299,046.48 per year
