Job Description


The purpose of this role is to support client teams and their clients providing operational support of one or more elements of the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, as well as campaign coordination, budget maintenance, reporting, and audit.Job Title: Account Manager MBB:

  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Demonstrate multi-tasking ability and keep multiple projects on-track
  • Assist with the maintenance of flowcharts, buying guidelines, plan delivery (pacing and reporting), budget summaries, and billing
  • Run and maintain competitive spending reports, and execute baseline assessments of data
  • Ensure key information is provided to appropriate individuals and teams regarding operational management issues clear, error-free and on-time
  • Other administrative responsibilities as needed: assembly of presentation materials, client binders, meeting setup
  • Express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
  • Write in a clear, compelling and concise manner
  • Organize ideas and information logically and sequentially
