- Expand the relationships with existing Brands by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Achieve / exceed target KPIs including : Sales%, Orders %, monthly Application usage, and Non Performing Brands/Stores
- Prospect and acquire brands for the platform by closing deals with the best brands across the country
- Understanding the brand proposition, negotiating with brands on commercial agreements and setting proper expectations
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new brands on to the platform and working with various stakeholders inside and outside for quick turnaround
- Building strong communication channels at all levels of the brand organization to strengthen relationships, successfully execute initiatives and drive growth
- Being hands-on with data, create dashboards and reports to share with brands you manage on the platform
- Working with the brand\'s as well as internal marketing team to strategize and execute new and relevant marketing campaigns and promotion plans to drive brand visibility, traffic and transactions
- Identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship with the brand organization; expanding the product and brand portfolio
- Maintaining a broad understanding of the brand\'s P&L, revenue targets and gross margins and using it for better decision-making
- Staying updated on retail and digital trends
