\xc2\xb7Maintains professional and technical knowledge by organizing training & on-boarding sessions for clients.
\xc2\xb7Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth in-turn reduce churn.
\xc2\xb7Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Engineering.
\xc2\xb7Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging Product solutions effectively and finding value in our services.What will qualify you for this role?:
Essential:
- 5-8 years of experience in handling key accounts.
- Proven experience in handling account management role.
- Good command over language & communication.
- Email writing skills.
- Team player.
- Strategic thinking & pro-active approach.Desired:
- Experience in working with CRM\xe2\x80\x99s (Salesforce preferred).
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools \xe2\x80\x93 like TableauEducational Qualifications:
