Role: Account ManagerWhat you must know?We are looking to hire an Account Manager for to be able to meet & exceed revenue targets, building & maintaining a rapport with customers (relationship building) person.Roles & responsibilities\xc2\xb7End 2 End Ownership of Accounts and ability to meet/exceed financial and unit sales goals through upsell & cross-sell.
Work closely with customer success team to generate opportunities within the pool of customers assigned & meet revenue goals.
\xc2\xb7Provide inputs to the product/marketing on innovative ideas to increase brand recall and sales.
\xc2\xb7Measure and analyze existing accounts for opportunities to improve the customer experience.
\xc2\xb7Drive market analysis and provide recommendations for expansion within market segment.
\xc2\xb7Have the obsession to drive a better customer experience through everything that we do here at Screen Magic by maintaining relationships with customers by regular interactions.
\xc2\xb7Thrive Together - be a team player. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
\xc2\xb7You should be familiar with modern productivity and analytical tools.
\xc2\xb7Maintains professional and technical knowledge by organizing training & on-boarding sessions for clients.
\xc2\xb7Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth in-turn reduce churn.
\xc2\xb7Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Engineering.
\xc2\xb7Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging Product solutions effectively and finding value in our services.What will qualify you for this role?:
Essential:
- 5-8 years of experience in handling key accounts.
- Proven experience in handling account management role.
- Good command over language & communication.
- Email writing skills.
- Team player.
- Strategic thinking & pro-active approach.Desired:
- Experience in working with CRM\xe2\x80\x99s (Salesforce preferred).
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools \xe2\x80\x93 like TableauEducational Qualifications:
Mandatory: Any Degree
