As a Inside Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for selling Dell\xe2\x80\x99s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.You will:

  • Achieve targets by selling Dell\'s range of solutions using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques to create results for Dell, our distributors and our customers
  • Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders
  • Manage Low to medium complexity sales, including limited sales of servers, networking and storage in addition to PCs and package software. software.
  • Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives and distributors to acquire new opportunities

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience with bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent

  • Knowledge of applicable Dell technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs.
  • Result oriented team player
