Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Hyundai Motor India Engineering (HMIE), Hyundai's Chennai plant, and Kia's Anantapur manufacturing facilities.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requirements.
2. Technical and Business Expertise:
o Understand the E/E architecture of passenger cars and develop Total Available Market (TAM) mapping for ICE, hybrids, and EV vehicles.
o Identify customer needs in signal & power connectivity, e-mobility, and data connectivity, and provide tailored solutions.
3. Strategic Account Management:
o Develop a comprehensive account strategy by analyzing business dynamics and market trends.
o Actively engage in competition replacement activities to enhance market share.
o Drive projects from inception to G2 phase and ensure timely delivery.
o Generate RFQs for engineering projects and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.
4. Lead Generation and Collaboration:
o Conduct technical shows, workshops, and other initiatives to generate leads and enhance customer engagement.
o Support Component Aggregate Manufacturers (CAM) and Harness Makers (HM) Account Managers by providing insights and visiting CAM customers when needed.
5. Travel Requirements:
o Frequently visit HMIE in Hyderabad.
o Occasionally travel to Hyundai's Chennai plant and Kia's Anantapur facility for business engagements.
6. Team Collaboration:
