This is a full-time mid-level position requiring a work experience of 4 to 6 years. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account activities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and account management.Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet clients\' needs and objectives.
  • Analyze account performance data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to align client strategies and deliverables.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
