Role: Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) return filing and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.

Oversee GST (Goods and Services Tax) return filing and ensure compliance with GST regulations.

Process payroll efficiently and accurately, adhering to legal requirements.

Monitor and record daily expenses, maintaining proper documentation and budgetary guidelines.

Handle vendor payouts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Conduct regular financial account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial reports to management, providing insights and analysis.

Ensure seamless integration and management of Payment Gateway transactions including DMT, AEPS, and UPI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and drive efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Account Manager or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of TDS and GST return filing procedures, payroll processes, and financial reconciliations.

Familiarity with Payment Gateway processes like DMT, AEPS, and UPI.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
