Job Description

1. Client Relationship Management

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts such as dealerships, fleet operators, or corporate clients.
• Acting as a primary point of contact between the company and clients, addressing any concerns or questions.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and managing client expectations effectively.

2. Sales and Business Development

• Identifying new business opportunities within existing client accounts or new market segments.
• Promoting and selling vehicles or automotive services , such as maintenance packages, warranties, or financing options.
• Negotiating contracts and deals to maximize sales and profitability, while adhering to company policies and pricing structures.
• Meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.

3. Account and Sales Forecasting

• Tracking account performance and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.
• Creating sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets and market trends.
• Analyzing and interpreting data to provide clients with insights into vehicle usage, fleet management, or purchasing behavior.

4. Customer Support and After-Sales Service

• Managing the post-sale process , including overseeing delivery, installation, and ensuring products meet customer expectations.
• Coordinating service and maintenance schedules for clients with ongoing needs (e.g., fleet vehicles, long-term buyers).
• Handling warranty and repair issues by working closely with the service department or third-party vendors.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Collaborating with marketing and product teams to understand client needs and tailor offerings accordingly.
• Working with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery or parts availability.
• Coordinating with finance and leasing departments for customized financial solutions for clients.

6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market and identify potential threats or opportunities.
• Providing insights into market demand and customer preferences for future product development or service offerings.

7. Reporting and Administration

• Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and contracts.
• Preparing periodic reports on sales performance, account activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations , and any legal requirements in the automobile industry.

8. Event Participation and Networking

• Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, or automotive exhibitions .
• Networking with potential clients, suppliers, and industry influencers to expand business opportunities and build the company's brand presence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month

• Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
• CA: 5 years (Preferred)
