Responsibilities:1. Involved in finalization of Accounts (including subsidiaries and JV), preparation of schedules, Audit details etc.2. Involved in preparation of financial budgets for multiyear including line by line tracking to achieve its objectives.3. Responsible for preparation of monthly Cash Flow and MIS and comparison the same with budgets4. Involved in providing various details with respect to Internal Audit., statutory Audit and Tax Audit.5. Working with other departments in providing data/documents related to assessment both for Direct and Indirect Tax.6. Co-ordination with various departments to obtain various details and analysis.7. Day to day Accounting like verification and posting of expense related invoice, audit entries, related party transactions reporting & Reconciliations employee related entries in Busy and tally ( Working knowledge on Busy and Tally will be preferred). like PF, Gratuity, salary, entries on the basis of actuarial report.8. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax compliance requirements9. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements, and implement necessary adjustments.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) .
• Proven experience (7 years) in accounting, financial analysis, compliance management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
