Based in Delhi/NCR, the Account Manager will take charge of our channel partner ecosystem, comprising
resellers, interconnects, MSPs, distributors, and partners. Leveraging on your strategic acumen, you will
drive revenue growth by fostering existing partnerships and forging new alliances.
Your Role:
Sales Leadership and Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the
company\'s overall objectives in the Indian market.
  • Maximize territory coverage by collaborating with the channel to onboard new
partners.
  • Collaborate with teams to prepare professional and effective reseller/customer
proposals.
Business Development and Growth:
  • Interact extensively with new and existing customers and partners to drive
revenue.
  • Engage in an end-to-end sales cycle: locate and build leads then convert those
leads into customers.
  • Negotiate deals to closure with partners & end-users.
Partner Relationship Management:
  • Assisting partners in closing opportunities through joint sales efforts.
  • Managing partner productivity and performance.
  • Equipping partners with sales training and support.
Craft Value Proposition:
  • Develop strong knowledge of Sangoma offerings and the benefits they provide to
clients.
  • Develop understanding of Sangoma contracts, pricing models, and value
propositions.
  • Providing comprehensive product demonstrations.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track and analyse sales metrics.
  • Regularly report on sales performance against targets, providing insights and
action plans.

Your Background:
  • A proven track record of building strong relationships within the channel
community.
  • 7-10 years of successful sales experience in SaaS software, IT networking,
and telephony (UCaaS and CCaaS experience preferred).
  • Proven record of success in meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency CRM tools like, Salesforce.com.
