Post Qualification Qualification: Chartered Accountant- CA Location Cuffe Parade, Mumbai Offerable CTC 12-16 LPA Industry Type: Oil and Gas, Energy, Power, Infrastructure Job Summary Candidate should be Chartered Accountant- CA Finalization of company Accounts, Preparation of Financial statements including consolidated in compliance with accounting standards , Notes to accounts , Annual reports of companies ,trusts, coordinating for audits, Overall checking & reviewing accounts & finance function of group Ensuring , Handling , checking & reviewing all direct tax compliances of Individuals , Companies ,trusts, i.e income tax computations , MAT working ,income tax return filings,tax audits , scrutiny matters , advance tax , tds/tcs checking & returns filing, AIR reports, other direct tax compliances etc . Ensuring , Handling , checking , reviewing, coordinating with consultants, are all indirect tax compliances of Individuals , Companies ,trusts, i.e GST returns filing , checking the gst workings , tax credits , gst audits , other indirect tax compliances etc . Ensuring , Handling , checking & reviewing all other applicable statutory compliances for Individuals , Companies ,trusts etc Handling , checking & reviewing MIS & Budgets, managing cash flows work related to Credit ratings & Loans ,working capital. Documentations related to term loans ,working capital. Handling , checking , reviewing , coordinating with CS for the ROC filings/minutes , Companies act compliances, Checking Secretarial Compliance, Other Miscellaneous management works.
