Account Manager: Corporate Partners

Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate mutual distributor (MFD) partners.
  • Drive business growth by onboarding new corporate MFDs and expanding relationships with existing partners.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, setting sales targets, and ensuring mutual business alignment.
  • Educate MFD partners about the Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF) product, benefits, and processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns and tools to support partner sales efforts.
  • Monitor the performance of sub-brokers under MFDs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Address partner queries, ensure smooth communication, and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Tier 1-2 college Bachelor's degree or MBA (MBA/PGDM in finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred).
  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B relationship management, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of mutual funds, LAS products, and distributor ecosystems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to track and report performance metrics effectively.
Soft Skills: Relationship building, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution.
Mindset: Result-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, basic Excel/reporting, and an understanding of financial products.About Volt Money
