3-6 years of experience in B2B relationship management, preferably in financial services.
Strong understanding of mutual funds, LAS products, and distributor ecosystems.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to track and report performance metrics effectively.
Soft Skills: Relationship building, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution. Mindset: Result-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
