- We want you to be one point of contact for clients. You should be a creative communication and marketing solutions for clients assigned. You will also be the go-to person in case of delivery and control activation questions, any escalation in terms of timeliness/quality and will need to plug it by internal coordination till the solution provided .
- Possess strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing communication and its implementation
- Cracking brief given by client, assist team for smooth execution and processing of all the campaigns
- Accountable for project completions with the expected quality and Service Level Agreements
- Establish and cultivate relationships with a company\xe2\x80\x99s clients
- Supports in creating innovative tactics to support brand strategies for client
- Regular site meetings for key clients and understand their needs
- Pass on any Account mining leads to sales team as and when identified
- Work with other account managers at a company to create a consistent client message
- Ensuring flawless and regular documentation and progress report for the management and clients
- Responsible to bring repeat business from current client .
