? Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
? Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
? Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and collaborators, coordinating resources for events, recordings, and promotional activities.
? Understand clients' business goals and objectives to tailor services that meet their needs.
? Collaborate with clients to create and execute account plans that drive engagement and retention.
? Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
? Coordinate with creative, marketing, and production teams to align on project deliverables.
? Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
? Responsible for accounts receivable & Payable
? Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services based on client needs.
? Conducting research & development & keeping up with the market trends
? Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, fostering a positive client experience.
? Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues that could impact client satisfaction
? Guide clients through onboarding, explaining company offerings, and ensuring they understand all available services.
? Proactively identify and suggest additional services or opportunities to meet client goals, driving client engagement and retention.
? Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and update them on project progress.
? Act as a key point of contact for clients at live shows, events, or recordings, providing on-site support and troubleshooting if necessary.
? Gather feedback from clients to identify areas of improvement, adapting services to meet evolving needs.
? Address client issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Desired profile of the candidate
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Music Management, or a related field.
? 3+ years of experience in account management or client relations, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
? Strong understanding of the music business, including rights management, distribution, and marketing strategies.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
? Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
