Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee and manage financial operations in our Gurugram office. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and compliance. This role involves managing financial strategies, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management:
• Oversee and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Compliance and Audits:
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Strategic Support:
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for business growth.
• Assist in financial planning and risk management strategies.
• Team Collaboration:
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate MIS reports and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance.

Key Requirements

• Education: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in accounting, financial management, or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar tools).
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
