Job Description

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 -5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Knowledge of internal controls, auditing procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
