Your key responsibilities

• Work closely with RMs to manage and grow existing relationships. This involves building a rapport with the clients and understanding their requirements. Regularly speak with clients on their investments, lending and banking requirements. Be a strong back up to the RM to effectively manage the relationships.
• Managing day to day requirements of clients - account opening, account changes, remittances, bank transfers, KYC, investment related - in mutual funds, PMS, NDPMS, Structures, credit related-loans, OD, LRD etc
• Understand the universe of investment , banking and lending products being offered by WM and help in execution of all transactions.
• Work closely with the RM to prepare in depth and comprehensive KYC including SOF/SOW analysis of clients , make NCAs, prepare templates for regional approvals and work towards timely completion of KYC and other regulatory requirements
• Work on client events, gifting etc.
• Support RMs in preparing material /documents required for new client acquisition \xe2\x80\x93 liase with Product team to prepare presentations, collate reports and data , arrange for pitchbooks and relevant marketing material.
• Ensure timely completion of internal reporting
• Resolve client queries
• Engage with Compliance, Legal, DIIPL, Midoffice , PB and other relevant stakeholders wherever needed in order to manage relationships effectively, find solutions to clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs/queries /transactions etc.
