Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within our existing customer base by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring they receive maximum value from our SaaS products. Your ability to build strong relationships and develop strategic account plans will be critical in achieving success.
What You'll Do
• Applicants should possess a mixture of account management and process
development/management skills and have a strong desire to engage with
customers & partners and inspire customer loyalty.
• Be comfortable working autonomously and independently accessing support as
required from cross-functional team members including product, marketing,
engineering and sales.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the use of our
SaaS solutions within existing accounts and developing and implementing
account growth strategies, focusing on increasing customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and align our
solutions to meet their needs. Develop customized growth plans for each
account, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
• Your main responsibilities will include regular check-in calls/meetings with clients
(agencies, brands, partners) to assist in strategically planning client goals with
Lifesight
products/solutions, analyze account
performance metrics and
implement optimization strategies to enhance client success, implement
initiatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction/loyalty/retention &
develop and execute strategies for upselling and cross-selling additional Lifesight
products/solutions to existing clients
• Act as a client advocate within the company, ensuring that client feedback is
considered & aligned in product development and improvement. Strategically negotiate and renew contracts with clients, ensuring mutually
beneficial terms
• A level of confidence presenting will be valuable, to conduct workshops, present
insights & reports and training sessions with key accounts.### Requirements
You are perfect for the role if you have..
• 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in a client facing account management
within ad technology, digital publisher or media agency environments
• Experience with programmatic and/or social media ad platforms or ad servers will
be essential to succeed in this role
• Experience in developing a procedural framework or workflow.
• Familiarity with industry trends and market conditions.
• An interest in data & analytics products and solutions
• Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple
accounts and associated tasks simultaneously
• A Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, technology or scientific discipline
preferred
• Advanced Excel Skills - highly numerate with a good eye for numbers and detail
• Cultural awareness and an appreciation of diversity
• Problem solvings skills & the ability to identify inefficiencies & implement
solutions
