Financial Reporting and financial preparation in Excel
Management MIS
SEBI compliances
ROC Compliances
Audit adherence
Due Diligence of Accounts and Taxation
Ledger Scrutiny
Banking knowledge
Accounting
Database Management
Effective Communication and interpersonal
Team Work, Adaptability, willingness to learn & Creative
Knowledge of Merger, Acquisition, Listing or/and fund raising will be an added
