Job Title: Junior Accountant (UK/US Accounting) Work: Remote Salary Range: \xe2\x82\xb915,000 to \xe2\x82\xb925,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Timings: 1pm to 10pm Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, as well as experience using QuickBooks. This position is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to advance their accounting career and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Perform daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, processing payments, and recording financial transactions in QuickBooks.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and financial reports.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Minimum of one year of experience using QuickBooks &/or Xero.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
