Account Executive

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Understand client needs, goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions, and exceed customer expectations
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet, and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads through proactive prospecting, and networking
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics to identify potential business opportunities
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Attend industry events, conferences and client meetings to enhance relationships, and expand business opportunities
Account executives are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients. They act as the main point of contact and build trust by understanding client needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Salary:
The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
