Experience/Knowledge/ Skills Required :
Graduation and Post Graduation (ICWA/CWA/CA)
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare and hospital sector
Manage and coordinate business and operational activities to include budget preparation, fiscal control, maintenance of personnel records, payroll data and accounting records.
Compile budgetary recommendations from each section and prepare operational budget; monitor, verify and reconcile expenditure of budgeted funds.
Review invoices and statements and approve payments; supervise maintenance of and conduct checks on accounting records and documents to ensure accuracy and adequacy of information..
Maintain checks on financial expenditures and prudent utilization of resources; make recommendations for improving services and reducing cost in all business operations to include developing improved procedures for cost reduction in office activities.
Assist the manager and other supervisors in all departmental activities.
Supervise the sub - ordinates for proper functioning of the department.
