The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving B2B sales, and ensuring a seamless onboarding and customer success experience. Utilize B2B sales experience to effectively engage and secure new clients.
Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and Zoom seminars to generate leads.
Continuously seek out partnership opportunities to expand business reach.
Client Management and Relationship Building:
Conduct meetings, make calls, and perform follow-ups to maintain and understand client needs.
Nurtures relationships with customers, including announcing new features, sending festival wishes, and organizing events.
Maintain a list of common client questions, doubts, and challenges to better address their needs.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure the marketing team provides qualified meetings and hold them accountable for their outcomes.
Collaborate with the client success team for smooth client onboarding.
Oversee the operations team, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM) based on client interactions, including proposals, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and features-advantages-benefits (FAB).
Generate pre and post-meeting PDFs, and manage document uploads via DocSend.
Regularly update and maintain the Hubspot CRM to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions.
Feedback and Improvement:
Actively seek feedback from clients who chose not to engage with our services, using email or LinkedIn, to understand pros and cons, and measure customer NPS.
Stay informed and continuously learn about the industry through podcasts and other resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and principles.
Strong skills in creating and delivering presentations.
Excellent command of the English language.
Proficient in using Hubspot and other CRM tools.
