Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Account Executive

to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting expertise, proficiency in

Tally Prime

, and a solid understanding of

GST and TDS compliance

. Additionally, the candidate should be

flexible with work hours

and capable of stretching as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records accurately using

Tally Prime

. Prepare and reconcile

GST and TDS returns

, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including

bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliation

. Support

internal and external audits

by providing accurate financial data. Monitor

accounts payable and receivable

, ensuring timely transactions. Generate financial reports as required by the management team. Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth functioning of the finance department.

Work beyond standard hours when required

to meet financial deadlines and business needs.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum

3 years of experience

in accounting, with a focus on

GST and TDS compliance

.

Proficiency in Tally Prime

and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong understanding of

accounting principles and practices

.
Excellent

analytical skills

and attention to detail.
Ability to

work independently

and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Flexibility to work extended hours

when required.
