Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers graduate As well as looking to kickstart their career in accounting and finance.

• Assist in managing daily accounting operations, including maintaining financial records, bookkeeping, and updating transaction entries.
• Support the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and income statements.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
• Assist in preparing tax returns, GST filings, and other regulatory filings as needed.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and payments.
• Work with team members to streamline accounting processes and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Provide support in auditing and any other financial tasks assigned by senior accountants or managers.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as required.
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software is essential.
• PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF SAP SOFTWARE, PAYROLL & IPO IN FINANCE.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software Tally, SAP, etc.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
