Position Overview :
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, processing orders, and ensuring smooth financial operations within the company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Account Management :
• Maintain and manage accounts of customers and vendors.
• Ensure timely invoicing and order processing.
• Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Financial Reporting :
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for all financial transactions.
• Order Processing :
• Handle customer orders for Quartz Kitchen Sinks, Sanitaryware, and CP Fittings.
• Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Customer Interaction :
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts, payments, and orders.
• Provide support to customers regarding product details and pricing.
• Vendor Relations :
• Manage communication with suppliers and vendors for procurement and payment processes.
• Negotiate terms and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Documentation and Compliance :
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.

Qualifications :

• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field.
• Experience : Prior experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a similar industry (quartz kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, CP fittings).
• Skills :
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
