Account Executive
Job Description
Looking for an Account Executive with a minimum of 2 years experience in •hospitality or food chain Industry. •
• Process and record sales transactions, ensuring accurate invoicing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger.
• Monitor and process employee expense reports.
• Verify expenses for compliance with policies and budgets.
• Support in tax compliance activities, including filing and documentation.
• Prepare documentation and respond to audit inquiries
• Handle and record cash transactions accurately.
• Support month-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
