Job Description

#### Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Transactions:

- Process accounts payable and receivable.

- Manage invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

- Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data.

2. Reconciliation:

- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

- Resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy of financial records.

3. Reporting:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

- Generate financial statements and management reports as required.

4. Compliance and Audits:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

- Assist in internal and external audits.

- Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit purposes.

5. Support Functions:

- Provide support to the Finance Manager in financial analysis and reporting.

- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

- Participate in financial planning and strategy meetings.

6. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.

- Implement best practices in financial operations and reporting.

#### Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?31,983.22 per month
