Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions:
  • Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and comply with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Invoicing and Payments:
  • Prepare, issue, and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Process payments to vendors and manage payroll activities.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Conduct financial analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
  • Audit and Compliance:
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial legislation.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in accounting software.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Communication and Support:
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and provide financial insights.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software ( SAP, Tally).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 11,698.99 - 30,714.23 per month Benefits:
