Key Responsibilities :
• Client Relationship Management :
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (corporate clients, event planners, etc.).
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and bookings.
• Sales and Business Development :
• Identify and generate new business opportunities to increase restaurant sales, including group bookings, corporate events, and private parties.
• Present the restaurant's offerings, promotions, and services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing for large or ongoing bookings.
• Marketing and Promotion :
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Help promote the restaurant through social media, email marketing, and partnerships with local businesses.
• Represent the restaurant at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Event Planning and Coordination :
• Work with clients to plan and coordinate events, including weddings, corporate meetings, private dinners, and more.
• Ensure all event details (food, beverage, seating, entertainment, etc.) are properly organized and executed.
• Client Retention :
• Develop and implement strategies to keep existing clients satisfied and encourage repeat business.
• Follow up on client feedback to improve service and offerings.
• Reporting and Administrative Duties :
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and marketing efforts.
• Track progress toward sales goals and report regularly to management on performance.
• Ensure contracts, payments, and other documentation are completed correctly.
Skills and Qualifications :
• Sales Expertise : Strong ability to drive sales, pitch services, and close deals.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication for client interactions and presentations.
• Customer Service : Ability to respond to client needs promptly and professionally.
• Event Planning : Experience in organizing and coordinating events is a plus.
• Time Management : Ability to juggle multiple clients and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Restaurant Operations : Understanding of the hospitality industry and restaurant operations is beneficial.
• Marketing Acumen : Ability to collaborate on marketing campaigns that enhance brand presence.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
