As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Duties
Conduct warm calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals
Identify market trends and opportunities for business development
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Provide excellent account management to ensure client satisfaction
Skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools
Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals
Ability to conduct warm calls and build relationships with potential clients
Demonstrated success in business development and account management
